MY STORY
I adore stories and consume them across just about every medium- video games, books, TV, but film holds a special place in my heart. For my degree, I studied film production, and it's on this course that I met my best friend and amazing partner, Joe.
I’m a sensitive soul. I cry easily during particularly gut-wrenching film scenes (Toy Story 3, when Andy says goodbye to Woody and the toys at the end of the film). I love music: girly pop, hip-hop, indie, rock- the greats of every genre. I sing my heart out (badly) on the journey back from every wedding because my car is a soundproof tin. Joe says I’d have liked to have been a pop star if only I had the voice for it. I think he’s probably right.

My Photographic Style & Inspirations
Since a child, I’ve been deeply immersed in my imagination, creating. From a young age, you’d catch me making my own little films and stories, and at every family event, you’d see me with my tiny digital camera capturing the day. To this day, I love to document my life as art, taking care to capture my moments artfully.
I draw inspiration from everywhere. From nature, life, and art. But most importantly for me, from cinema. I’m constantly in awe of cinematographers and their ability to compose and frame, capture light, and convey meaning to an audience. I especially love to take inspiration from romance movies when capturing couples and weddings.
My editing style is deep and earthy. I love to bathe my images in browns and greens and golds. I want my images to feel filmic and nostalgic.
Photography is by nature a documentary art.
